First-Time
Users:
You'll have to Create an
Account when logging on for the first
time. Click above on the navigation link-
Employee Account Log-In.
The next Page opens to the
Participant Portal. Under the User
ID/Password fields is a "Blue"
hyperlink- Create Account.
Click on this link… An Account Creation page comes up;
the Fields that show an "Asterisk" next to them
are required to be filled in. There is Question Mark (?)
to the right of each field that can be "Clicked" on to
give further guidance should you require more
information as to how to complete your account set-up.
Your Employee ID will be your Social Security
Number, Last Six (6) Digits
of your Social Security Number (for New Groups January
2010 & after) or a Unique ID that has
been created by INTEGRATED BENEFITS
ADMINISTRATION. If your
Social Security Number doesn’t work; please contact
INTEGRATED BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
for your Unique ID at: (208) 287-0310 to obtain
your Unique Employee ID.
You will need your Full Sixteen (16) Digit Debit Card
#. If you do not have a Debit Card; you'll need your
Employer ID. Please contact INTEGRATED
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
at: (208) 287-0310
for your Employer ID.
Complete the remainder of the form as requested when
creating your account.
User ID - MUST be a
Minimum of 7 Characters.
Password MUST be a
Minimum of 7 Characters
& consist of at least one (1) letter & one (1)
numerical value. Passwords are Case Sensitive. Do
NOT use special characters.

used for communication purposes regarding your benefits
account. Your information is kept secure & stays within
our system. It is not distributed or sold to any lists,
etc. It greatly assists INTEGRATED BENEFITS
ADMINISTRATION in being
able to contact you in a timely manner regarding your
account activity.
Once you're logged into the participant portal; please
verify under the My Information section that we
have your Personal Information, Dependent Information
and Direct Deposit Information correct within our
system. If not, you will be able to Edit and Correct the
information within the portal.
